Abstract: In view of the remote small watershed with lack of meteorological data, a high-precision meteorological and hydrological condition monitoring and forecasting system for small watersheds is established using remote sensing technology. This system supplements the meteorological data in small watersheds and provides data support for the development of related models such as meteorological forecasts and rainfall-runoff models, so as to fully exert the advantageous position of small hydropower in the power grid and increase the space for new energy consumption.
